Seneca College Fire Protection Engineering Technology
Seneca College is located in Metropolitan Toronto and is one of the largest colleges in Canada. We have been teaching Fire Protection Technology for more than 20 years and offer both a Technician (2 year) and Technologist (3 year) diploma program.

Fire Protection Engineering Technology teaches students to design, install, and service automatic sprinkler, fire alarm, and special hazard fire suppression systems.
Delaware Tech is the only community college in the area which offers this technology option. Our state-of-the-art facilities include a burn laboratory alarm and sprinkler systems laboratories which will allow you to put the theoretical knowledge you gain in the classroom to practical use. You will gain experience in sprinklers, detection, and alarm equipment and learn how these play an important role in safeguarding people and property. Area companies use Delaware Tech ’s facilities to test products in order to meet national standards.
